Joe is a new member of the growing sales team at Paradise RV. He's new to sales, new to Paradise RV, AND new to RVs—and is passionate about all three!
Originally from New Jersey and Philadelphia, he was living in San Diego until his father asked him to move to Charleston, where his parents had retired. His father realized he didn't have long to live and wanted Joe to come home to care for his mom. Joe's father passed away last year and Joe is glad to be caring for his mom, exactly as his father asked.
Joe's background is in the food/beverage/service. And while he enjoyed bartending and serving people, the hours are not "normal" and he wanted to be paid what he knew he was worth. He threw out his resume to Paradise RV on a hunch, connected with Nate and Deborah, and hasn't looked back. He says he is LOVING putting families in RVs because he knows the adventures they will have. As a child, his family had an RV and he has many memories of such adventures. He feels he's not selling a vehicle, he's selling memories and connections families will treasure, just like he does.
He says that while he's been at Paradise RV for only two months, he finds it easy to work with Nate, learns so much from the rest of the teams, and tries to pick up something new each day. He says he loves the values that Nate consistently exemplifies. He loves that Nate is building an identity of offering the best deals with service and storage—having whatever is needed to make "it" happen for clients/guests.
He says he has his favorites on the lot—SolAires, which he says are roomy and comfortable and a great value for any family. He calls them the "fire sauce," which, as a relocated-Yankee, is saying something. He says his weakness is not knowing where to send people camping in and around Charleston, so it seems like he might have some camping adventures of his own to find that out!
When interviewed, he had just finished helping a lovely lady purchase a 27-foot RV who wanted to make sure everyone knew just how much she appreciated how the sales team respected her, showing her as many units as she wanted to see. Seems like Joe's off to a great start! Welcome, Joe!

Typical RVs don't come with the latest smart technology for entertainment and work-on-the-road access. Elon Musk's brand new STARLINK is the remedy. It has a one-time equipment charge, a monthly fee that can be paused and re-started as needed, allowing users to customize their service to their individual travel needs. It also comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. Click here for more information and to try it out on your next trip! >>
